Preliminary draft
After our first meeting, I will start strategically designing your home. Throughout the process, I will communicate with you to ensure all of your needs are met.
Final draft
When the Preliminary plan is approved, we will move into the final draft phase. This is the drawing that you can take to the builder, city, bank, etc. to receive quotes and bids.
